1. Acceptance of These Terms

Electronic acceptance, including selecting a checkbox, completing a purchase, booking a session, or continuing to use the website after receiving notice of updated Terms, may constitute your agreement where permitted by law.

LifeBoss Health provides educational resources and wellness-oriented content concerning lifestyle, nutrition, movement, stress management, meditation, neuroscience, fertility, regeneration, self-awareness, and the relationship between mind and body.

Offerings may include articles, videos, digital materials, courses, workshops, guided practices, hypnosis-related sessions, consultations, memberships, or other educational services. The availability and details of each offering may change over time.

3. Educational and Wellness Disclaimer

LifeBoss Health content and services are intended for general educational, informational, and wellness purposes. They are not a substitute for individualized medical care, diagnosis, psychotherapy, psychiatric treatment, nutrition therapy, emergency care, or advice from a qualified healthcare professional.

Use of this website or participation in a LifeBoss Health program does not, by itself, create a physician-patient, therapist-client, or other licensed healthcare-provider relationship.

Any references to healing, regeneration, nervous-system regulation, hypnosis, meditation, or lifestyle improvement describe educational concepts and possible supportive practices. They do not promise prevention, treatment, cure, or a particular health outcome.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, to purchase a program, create an account, or book a session unless LifeBoss Health provides written permission and obtains any legally required parental or guardian consent.

By using paid services, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into an agreement and that the information you provide is accurate and current.

5. Accounts and Access

Certain services may require an account, password, or private access link. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity conducted through your account.

• Do not share paid access, passwords, private links, recordings, or downloadable materials with unauthorized persons.
• Notify LifeBoss Health promptly if you suspect unauthorized access or misuse.
• Keep your contact and billing information accurate and current.
• Do not create an account using false information or impersonate another person.

We may suspend or restrict access when we reasonably believe an account has been compromised, shared improperly, used fraudulently, or used in violation of these Terms.

6. Programs, Sessions, and Services

Descriptions, schedules, instructors, formats, features, and availability may change when reasonably necessary. We may replace a speaker, adjust a schedule, update materials, or move a session online when circumstances require.

You are responsible for determining whether a program or practice is appropriate for you. Participation is voluntary, and you may stop an exercise or guided practice at any time.

Individual results vary. Testimonials and personal stories represent individual experiences and are not guarantees that another participant will obtain the same result.

7. Payments, Billing, and Automatic Renewals

Prices and payment terms are displayed at checkout or in the written description of the applicable offering. You authorize LifeBoss Health and its payment processor to charge the payment method you provide for the amount shown at checkout, including applicable taxes.

Your bank or card issuer may charge currency-conversion, international-transaction, overdraft, or other fees. Those charges are your responsibility.

A subscription will renew automatically only when the renewal terms are clearly disclosed and you select or accept the recurring-payment option. Unless otherwise stated, renewal charges will occur at the beginning of each new billing period using the payment method on file.

You may cancel future renewal according to the instructions presented with the subscription or by contacting us before the next renewal date. Cancellation prevents future renewal but does not automatically refund an already processed charge, except where required by law or expressly stated in the applicable offer.

8. Cancellations, Credits, and Refunds

Digital products and programs

Because digital materials and program access may be delivered immediately, purchases are generally final once access has been provided, except where a different refund period is stated at checkout or a refund is required by applicable law.

Scheduled sessions

Unless the booking page states otherwise, a session canceled or rescheduled more than 24 hours before its scheduled start time may be moved once and the payment applied as a credit toward a comparable future session. The new date may be subject to availability.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a session, late arrivals, and missed appointments are generally not refundable and may not qualify for a credit. If LifeBoss Health cancels a paid session and cannot offer a suitable replacement, the amount paid for that session will be refunded or credited at your choice.

Billing concerns

Please contact us promptly if you believe a charge is incorrect or duplicated. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived, including rights available through your card issuer or consumer-protection laws.

9. Hypnosis, Meditation, and Guided Practices

Hypnosis, meditation, visualization, breathwork, and other guided practices may not be appropriate for every person or circumstance. Before participating, disclose relevant health conditions, mental health conditions, pregnancy, medications, recent procedures, or other information that could affect safe participation.

LifeBoss Health may decline, postpone, modify, or discontinue a session when participation appears inappropriate or when additional professional evaluation is advisable. We may request written clearance from a qualified healthcare professional when reasonably necessary.

• Do not participate while driving, operating machinery, or performing any activity requiring full attention.
• Do not use a recording or guided practice in a setting where relaxation or reduced alertness could create danger.
• Hypnosis is not a method of emergency treatment and is not guaranteed to produce a particular memory, behavioral change, or health outcome.
• You remain responsible for communicating discomfort and deciding whether to continue.

10. Acceptable Use and Code of Conduct

You agree to use the website and services lawfully and respectfully. You may not:

• Use the website for fraud, harassment, threats, hate speech, exploitation, or illegal activity.
• Upload malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with website security, or disrupt the service.
• Collect personal information about another user without authorization.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity, qualifications, or affiliation.
• Post content that infringes intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other rights.
• Share confidential program materials or private information belonging to another participant.
• Scrape, mine, copy, or systematically extract content or data without written permission.
• Use LifeBoss Health content to train an artificial-intelligence system or build a competing product without express written permission.

11. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the website and its articles, videos, graphics, logos, recordings, downloads, course materials, program frameworks, exercises, branding, and other content are owned by or licensed to LifeBoss Health and are protected by intellectual-property laws.

LifeBoss Health grants you a limited, personal, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to access purchased or freely provided content for your own lawful, noncommercial use.

Without prior written permission, you may not reproduce, sell, sublicense, publish, distribute, publicly display, teach from, adapt, translate, record, upload, or create derivative commercial materials from LifeBoss Health content. You may share a normal link to a public webpage as long as the link is not misleading and does not imply endorsement.

12. Comments, Testimonials, and User Submissions

If you voluntarily submit a comment, review, testimonial, photograph, question, or other material for public use, you confirm that you have the right to submit it and that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

You grant LifeBoss Health a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, format, and display the submission for the purpose for which it was provided. We will request additional permission before using identifiable private communications as promotional testimonials, unless your consent was already clear when submitted.

We may moderate or remove submissions that are unlawful, misleading, abusive, promotional, unrelated, or inconsistent with these Terms. We are not responsible for opinions or information posted by users or third parties.

13. Third-Party Websites and Services

The website may contain links, embedded videos, payment tools, social-media features, scheduling systems, or other services operated by third parties. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

LifeBoss Health does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, products, representations, or business practices. A link or reference does not necessarily constitute an endorsement.

14. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website, content, and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. LifeBoss Health does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, complete accuracy, compatibility with every device, or any particular personal, professional, financial, psychological, reproductive, or health outcome.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LifeBoss Health and its owners, directors, contractors, instructors, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the website or services.

Where liability cannot be excluded, aggregate liability arising from a paid offering will not exceed the amount you paid directly to LifeBoss Health for that specific offering during the six months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, unless applicable law requires a different remedy.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits nonwaivable consumer rights.

15. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless LifeBoss Health and its owners, affiliates, contractors, and service providers from third-party claims, losses, or reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful use of the website, your violation of these Terms, or content you submit that infringes another person’s rights.

This section does not require you to indemnify LifeBoss Health for its own unlawful conduct, gross negligence, or willful misconduct.

16. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the website at any time and may cancel a subscription according to the applicable cancellation instructions.

LifeBoss Health may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary because of nonpayment, fraud, account sharing, abusive conduct, safety concerns, legal requirements, security risks, or a material violation of these Terms. When practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to correct the issue.

Provisions concerning intellectual property, payments already owed, disclaimers, liability, indemnification, and dispute-related matters survive termination where appropriate.

17. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where the mandatory laws of your place of residence apply.

Before filing a formal claim, you and LifeBoss Health agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute informally by written notice. If the dispute is not resolved, it may be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Texas, unless applicable consumer law provides another required forum.

18. Changes, Severability, and Entire Agreement

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the website, services, business practices, or law. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Material changes affecting an existing paid subscription will be communicated when required by law.

If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any specific written terms presented for an offering constitute the entire agreement concerning your use of that offering and replace prior inconsistent statements on the same subject.
