About the program

People have become more accustomed to meeting online via Zoom, Skype, WhatsApp or FaceTime. For the past years we have noticed an increasing number of people asking for online hypnotherapy sessions to give them flexibility to access the support they need without always having to move or rush to meet face to face.

People also asked if online hypnotherapy work. And our answer is yes. It will work the same way as an in person therapy.

Dr. Coleman has been offering these therapies online for people with tight schedules, commuting difficulties, health issues and geographical location (most of our patients live on the other side of the World!). It is just as effective as working together in person and even follows the same structured approach.

It is useful if you are restricted by time, work, commitments, family or any medical condition. You just need a quiet and comfortable private space at home or work to talk, listen and relax.

We mostly use Zoom or Skype for the sessions. However, we are open to any other service that it might be most convenient in your case.

Your first contact for information will be with a member of Dr. Coleman’s LifeBoss Health booking team through emails, and you will be able to ask more questions and decide when to join.

Once we’ve agreed a time for your session, you just need a reliable internet connection and a quiet comfortable place to relax. We will send you a unique secured link for your session with the time and date for it to happen. The day of the session you just need to click on the link an enter at the agreed time.

There is an initial consultation to discuss the problem in depth and organise the structure of the upcoming plan of action. This is a 60 mins conversation.

Sessions are usually 60 mins or 90 mins long, depending on the type of technique to be used, and the first 20-30 minutes are spent on discussing ideas, events, and positive things, then moving onto the therapy. At the end there will be a 5 minutes discussion. A member of the team will be in touch after the session to book any future consultation or answer questions.

How many sessions are needed?

This would be entirely up to you and your mind. Each person responds differently to the program and some take longer than others. Usually the program starts with sessions twice a week for a month.

Does it work?

We are confident that if people do the work, commit 100% to making the necessary exercises, sessions, frequencies, and follow the process step-by-step they will experience more success than even before thought possible. In this program it will be your responsibility to play in full-out and take initiative in your own success. Because you will become a LifeBoss then YOU will get to choose how far you want to go.

What would you get from the program.

Access to personalised one-on-one weekly or twice a week sessions with Dr. Coleman. These sessions will be completely individualised and tailored for your specific case. These are not recordings or group sessions.

Each session will contain a specific technique used for neuroplasticity and cellular regeneration, depending on the step of the program you are.

How do I access the frequencies?

Once you start the program there will be instructions for you to start using the frequencies through our links. You can also access to them before starting the program, but we do recommend following a supervised sequence for better results.

Are there any payment plans available?

After your first meeting with Dr. Coleman you will get an idea on how many sessions you might need to achieve results. Payments needs to be made in full through our secured gateway before the session starts, and there are no current payment plans available.

Do you work with insurance?

We do not work with insurance, sorry.

Do you offer refunds?

Due to the nature of this program, there are typically no refunds available. However, in case of an eventuality when you can’t show for your appointment, please let us know in advance for us to cancel it and setting a new one. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before will not be covered by our refund policy.
